Today is my Mom's 50th birthday!!! Happy Birthday Mom!! I can't wait for our Skype date so I can see you open your present this evening! I hope you have a wonderful 50th birthday celebrating with Joel and going to the spa with your friends tomorrow! Love you!

I made the cutest valentines for my speech munchkins this year. Kristin put the printable together for me and I am so thankful, she did a wonderful job! I hope the kids enjoy them.

Tonight Hubby and I are going out for dinner . . . but of course we're going to be grandparents about it and go early so we can avoid the crowds. We don't really do gifts for Valentine's, just cards and candy, so we'll exchange those once we get home. I'm looking forward to going out, lingering over dinner, then coming home and having a low key evening.

This week Hubby and I signed a new lease to remain in our house until we move for residency. While I hate that we are having to rent for so long, I think that we'll really appreciate it in the end. And after moving 3 times in our first two years of our marriage, it's so nice know that we're staying in the same place for 4 years. I love establishing a home and really getting comfortable somewhere.

Your pups are adorable! Also, I love the description of "being total grandparents about it". My husband and I are like that, too.
